It isn’t a subject that grabs this audience’s attention, especially those immersed in the maintenance end of mountain operations. But meetings are part of your work life, whether you like it or not. Having good meetings is essential for you as well as your department and ski area.

In my learning, I never fully recognized the importance of the quality of a meeting. That quality says a lot about the meeting leader and the ski area’s organization’s health.
