Having written about Organizational Health many times, I am excited to share that going forward Steep Management will be offering these services to the ski resort industry assisting ski resorts build a Healthy Organization culture.
This opportunity for Steep was made possible by the Table Group, Patrick Lencioni’s consulting company, having opened up its doors to train firms such as Steep Management. After discussions with the Table Group about the ski industry, the decision was made to enroll and begin spreading the simple path to Organizational Health to ski resorts/areas.
