Steep Management is excited to have the opportunity to be presenting at both LMS, Lift Maintenance Series presented by Massachusetts Ski Areas Association at Jiminy Peak Ski Resort in Hancock, MA, and RMLA, Rocky Mountain Lift Association, in Grand Junction, CO.
The presentation will explore the area of metrics as they related to mountain operations departments, mostly lift maintenance, and how utilizing those metrics can increase staff engagement, a key contributor to productivity, improved performance and an improved financial bottom line.
Steep Management is looking forward to having an open discussion with attendees about what are the important things that are indicative as to whether staff are doing a good job and how to get all staff members involved in improving performance. These two venues, where the focus is training and the sharing of technical information for the benefit of the ski industry, is a most appropriate place to have this discussion. Metrics and staff engagement to be successful in the corporate world have to originate at the workforce level.
At LMS, the presentation is listed under Operations and will take place on April 19th at 11:00 am. At RMLA, the presentation is listed under the Supervisor section, agenda will be finalized and posted at www.rmls.org on April 8th.
MountainOffice, the lift maintenance specialized CMMS software, sold by Steep Management will be on display at the trade show session of each of these training seminars.
If you are going to be at either LMS or RMLA, I hope to have the opportunity to speak with you and have you share your lift maintenance experience.
